1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and qqer ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the qqer website at https://qqer.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any content on the qqer platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the qqer platform.

qqer reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a qqer account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qqer does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an account or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether applied through qqer directly or through any responsible gaming scheme.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of any payment method used to deposit funds into your qqer account.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one qqer account. If qqer determines that a single individual holds more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any funds held in duplicate accounts in excess of the original deposited amount will be forfeited.

qqer conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC documents typically required include a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the past three months. qqer may request additional documentation at its discretion.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqer account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. qqer will never ask you to share your password with a member of our support team or any other party.

You must notify the qqer support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. qqer will take reasonable steps to suspend account access while an investigation is conducted.

All activity conducted through your qqer account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, provided that qqer's security systems have not been compromised on the platform side. qqer will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign your qqer account to another individual is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the qqer platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following transaction terms apply to all qqer account holders:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer (supported banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank).
• Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits credit the qqer wallet instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 1–4 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals to other payment methods may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider rules.

qqer does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees applied by your payment provider.

qqer reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. All funds must be returned to an account held in your own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

qqer offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms will prevail.

The following general terms apply to all qqer bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by offer and are stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account without replacement.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible account holder, unless explicitly stated otherwise. qqer reserves the right to verify that bonus claims are made in good faith.
• qqer reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonus funds already credited to an account, subject to the applicable terms of that offer.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the qqer platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type, in addition to the general terms set out here. Sport-specific betting rules and casino game rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

The following general betting and gaming terms apply across the qqer platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. qqer does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, result, or game outcome — qqer reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. qqer's determination of a manifest error is final.
• qqer reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or game at its discretion, including on an individual account basis where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to the account balance once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed. In-play results are accepted as final once confirmed by the governing sports body.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by qqer's game providers. All RNG outcomes are independently audited. qqer does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the live deal as recorded by the studio's camera systems. Any dispute regarding a live dealer outcome must be raised with the qqer support team within 24 hours of the game session in question.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqer platform. Engaging in any of the following activities — or attempting to do so — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may result in the matter being reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one qqer account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity or in a manner that constitutes money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — including sharing information, coordinating bets, or exploiting multiway arrangements to generate an artificial advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical fault to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal platform operation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qqer staff or other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access the qqer platform, its backend systems, or another user's account through any unauthorised means.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the qqer platform — including but not limited to the qqer brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, game interfaces, data, and software — is the intellectual property of qqer or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qqer platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the qqer platform without the prior written consent of qqer.

Any unauthorised use of qqer's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by qqer.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

qqer collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a qqer account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qqer uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the qqer platform. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised qqer personnel on a need-to-know basis.

qqer will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqer excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting or gaming losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime affecting the platform's availability.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits qqer's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. qqer's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, to the extent that any such liability exists, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qqer account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The qqer platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qqer makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free of errors or defects.

11 Responsible Gaming

qqer is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be activated through the account settings panel or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when your gaming session exceeds a duration you have pre-defined.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the qqer platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Amendments and Termination

qqer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, qqer will notify registered account holders by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

qqer reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with that account, where qqer has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. qqer will use reasonable endeavours to notify the affected account holder of the reason for termination, except where doing so would compromise a fraud investigation or breach a legal obligation.

You may close your qqer account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds remaining in a closed account will be forfeited.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. qqer operates the platform as a safe and reliable entertainment service and is committed to maintaining transparent, fair, and consistent terms of use for all players.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and qqer shall be referred to the qqer support team in the first instance, with a view to reaching a fair resolution. qqer aims to acknowledge and respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
